Introduction: Between 1990 and 2016, Brazil experienced an infant mortality decrease of 40%.. Despite this fact, the development of children and adolescents from socioeconomically disadvantaged groups is compromised. Violence, mistreatment, and disrespect for the rights of children and adolescents are routine and must be discussed and combated. Thus, the objective of this report is to describe the experiences that occurred during the event, as well as to encourage similar projects to take place. Experience Report: This report is based on the experience during the online event that took place between June 17, 18, 19 and 21, 2021, during the Covid-19 Pandemic, through the Youtube platform, during the activity 2nd Symposium on Pediatrics - The relationship between COVID-19 and child and adolescent health, in which 328 individuals who registered through the Even3 platform participated. Discussion: The symposium was important for giving visibility to issues rarely discussed both in society and in academic context, especially considering the current pandemic context. In this context, the impacts of the changes caused by the pandemic in children and adolescents, whether psychological, literacy, socialization and even the consequences of this reality in health professionals, in work dynamics and associated diseases that may arise were some of the points addressed in the activity, promoting positive discussions. Conclusion: Even with the identified limitations, the activity was successful in promoting knowledge among the participants about the themes related to COVID-19 and the health of children and adolescents, among them, children's mental health, literacy and child violence in times of pandemic, as well as the behavior of the disease in children. Furthermore, a significant and diverse audience was reached due to the remote activity model, making it possible to reach several regions of the country, which would be difficult to do in the face-to-face modality.
