Introduction: The CoVid-19 pandemic impacted the world in several spheres, causing consequences in the lives of individuals. In this sense, the population of pregnant women suffered with the global changes proposed by the pandemic situation, corroborating in psychological repercussions. Objective: To verify and explain the negative psychological impacts of the pandemic on pregnant women, highlighting their related causes. Method: This is an integrative literature review carried out by searching for articles on the virtual platforms PubMed and LILACS. The search was performed using the DeCS: "Pregnant Women", "Covid 19" and "Coronavirus infection" and complete studies freely available online, in English, Spanish or Portuguese language and published in the last five years were selected. Results: Of the 194 articles analyzed, 22 met the inclusion criteria, with the majority being cross-sectional studies (80%, n = 17), which offers the topic a good observational basis. Seven categories of psychological repercussions were identified: anxiety, depression, stress, suicidal ideation, insomnia, thoughts of self-harm, and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). The associated causes were: access to information and social media (20.68%), changes in healthy behaviors (13.79), sociodemographic profiles (31.03) and access to health care: prenatal, delivery and postnatal (34.50%). Discussion: Based on the results, it was perceived that the pandemic context of CoVid-19 provided psychological problems in pregnant women, especially anxiety and depression, due to excessive access to information and social media, changes in healthy behaviors, sociodemographic profiles and difficulties in providing health care to pregnant women. Conclusion: The pandemic caused by CoVid-19 potentiates the vulnerabilities of pregnancy, favoring negative implications for the mental health of pregnant women. Thus, we emphasize the need for remodeling the health services and actions, aiming to correct the failures in the provision and continuity of care and meet the particularities of each patient during the pandemic.
